You will be immersed in Rachel’s healing sounds. The beautiful sounds and vibrations she creates with her voice will help your body to let go of pain or frustrations it has been holding on to. This will be a deeply relaxing experience. It will give body chance to heal and mind to quieten.
Rachel will also spend some time around each person tuning into your body and creating individual healing sounds to help your body realign.
